What services does CanHero provide?
We provide weekly curbside placement services for trash and recycling cans for residential homes in southern Mooresville. We’ll move your cans to the curb on trash day and return them after collection.
When do you move the bins?
We bring your cans to the curb on Tuesday evening (or as required by your trash pickup schedule) and return them after collection on Wednesday.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! As long as we have clear access to your cans and you’ve provided a brief description of where they’re located, we’ll handle it.
What if we miss a pickup?
While this shouldn't ever happen, if we don't bring your trash to the curb on time for pickup, you will be notified before pickup and refunded for the missed week.
What does the service cost?
We keep it simple with a monthly base rate of $37, or optional multi-month packages. Whether your month has 4 or 5 trash days, your price stays the same. No surprises, no shifting billing dates, no tracking calendar weeks.
Want to save a little?
Prepay for 6 months and get a 10% discounted rate. Or lock in a 20% discount with a 12-month plan.
Do you offer referral rewards?
Yes!
When you refer a friend, neighbor, or family member who signs up, you’ll receive a free month of service as a thank you for spreading the word! Yes, referral rewards are stackable.
What payment methods does Can Hero accept?
CanHero accepts various payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments via invoices from Wave for your convenience.
What if I have loose trash around my cans?
If we need to bring loose bags or bulk items to the curb outside of your cans, a $5 Loose Trash Handling Fee will be added to your service.
What is your cancelation policy?
We keep it simple. You can cancel your service at any time. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll make sure you’re not charged moving forward.
For prepaid plans, you can cancel anytime — we’ll prorate your refund based on 50% of the unused months.
